Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We hired Marvin Davis to remodel the bathroom in the home. The work is excellent and working with him has been great. We previously had hired another company before Marvin and were very un happy so we had to let him go. Compares to other companies we've seen Marvin is a great contractor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to remodel the home. Outstanding work!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Bathroom floor tiling and cabinet installation. Overall, very good work crew and project manager. I didn't think such a small project would require design consultation, and perhaps the project manager should have advised me to get some--so the only glitch was in dealing with details of sink and tiling installation; they took responsibility for the problem and did the reinstallation. I will hire them again but be more careful to walk through the design details with them ahead of time.

Took a little longer than I would have liked - mostly due to a long lead time with the cultured marble subcontractor - but I'm very happy with the end result.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Excellent workmanship, reasonable price, on time performance, on budget, only modest changes in scope which we initiated and agreed price for before doing. We would certainly use them again. They pre-planned well and followed up post completion. All punch list items were completed to our satisfaction. Entire team was very polite, clean and easy to have working in the house.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
"The project was completed in overall three weeks time..(The measurements for Shower and the order of pan and walls done after tear down to ensure correct fit.) Our requested add-on of a "pocket door" was handled nicely (great job I may add on this). They did not push for progress payments during the project, Very good concern for rest of home during work, protecting floors etc.. Final project turned out great! Very Pleased with results."

Project: Build an Addition
Overall, I've been happy with the quality of the work, the people, and the cost, but unhappy with how late it was. We had a new foundation put in moderate sized addition (500 sq Ft) including a master bathroom. The walls, paint, bathroom tile, windows, and floors were solidly built and beautiful. Notable exception was that most of the outlets were tilted off of vertical. The project schedule went off track due to weather and inspections issues, but once it went off schedule I couldn't get a new schedule and there were many days when they did not work on my project and could have, something that factored in to the final payment.
