THE WORK IS NOT DONE YET, I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN IT IS COMPLETED. THERE WAS TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES, I TALKED TO THE OWNER 7 WE SETTLED ON A PRICE.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

I was very pleased with the professional attitude of Mr. Hamilton. He showed up promptly for his appointment to estimate the job. He did a thorough examination of the roof from the outside and from the inside [something another contractor said he didn't need to do]. His estimate was firm, the leaks would be repaired for the price with no further charges. The work was carefully done and Mr. Hamilton inspected it himself. He plans to return for a recheck when we have had a heavy rain.
