I did not expect the job to be done so fast, he came very early and did not stop working until the job was done. very profesnal, and the price to me for the whole job was fair, if I had more money I would have offered a tip. My mother came over to my house and was very impressed which is not easy to do.

Mike was quick to respond and always available for questions and concerns. His response time to changes in our needs were timely and he was more than willing to make adjustments as the project progressed.His workmanship was great. He was a pleasure to work with and will be the contractor we use for our future projects.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Mike was excellent. I had hired another contractor who made a mess of my job. I needed someone who could make the corrections needed, but not charge me a fortune. Mike's estimate was significantly less than others, and even when some of his costs increased, he held to the estimate. He communicated with me every step of the way, and his work was impressive. I do not usually give this high a rating, but he really deserved it. I will use him in the future.

No need to call anybody else...Martinez Construction is our go-to for all work needed on the house! He responded quickly, was available when we needed and the quality of work is great! We look forward to working with him again in the future.
