Marshalls Floor Care

They were very friendly. They replaced some hard wood for me. They ran into some issues because the old contractor put contact cement down to lay the old wood and should have used glue. They left and picked up a solution to remove the old contact cement so they could install it properly. They did not charge extra from the quoted price. Very good service. I would have given them a 5 for quality, but they cut one hard wood board about 1/8 inch short so it isn't flush with the wall. No one else will probably notice it but me, but everything else was perfect.

My husband and I repeatedly asked Mr. Marshalls about removal of indentations in our hardwood floors. We were assured each time that he could do it. After completion of the job which costs me $775.00, indentations were still obvious to the eye. Mr. Daniel's response was if you don't look directly at the floor you wouldn't notice it. He said he changed the illusion of the floors. Basically, an overpriced cleaning job. Not satisfied at all.

Alysia's husband told me that when he walked in the front door, he thought the floor was brand new. But because they knew where one bad spot was,and it was not completely gone, they thought I did not do my job. When in fact I told them that with one coat at $775 the scratches and bad spots would be 90% gone and for another $350 they would be entirely gone. They opted not to spend more. Her husband still said the floor looked brand new when you walk into the home. I would have to say that is a good thing considering how bad the floor scratches were and we could not sand the floor just recoat,

Daniel arrived as expected and looked at our issue. He pinpointed a possible water issue from the refrigerator that we had never expected but a call to a refrigerator repair company proved that Daniel was right on the money. Needed to repair the appliance before the floor. We were very appreciative of Daniel's expertise and honesty. He could have fixed the floor and not offered any thoughts about the root cause but he was helpful and honest instead. We will definitely call him back when we are ready to get back to the floor.

Daniel Marshall arrived as promised each day of repair. Price was very good and the work ethic was exceptional. I would recommend Marshalls Floor Care to anyone who need repair work done to wood floors.

Quick, clean - nice job!

Daniel did a good job on our floors. We had a water leak and had to replace some damaged wood flooring. We decided to replace the damaged areas with travertine marble in a Versallies pattern. Overall I am pleased with the results. Here are some pros and cons about going with Daniel: Pros - timely, professional, seems to pay attention to details, communicates well Cons - They cut all the tile in my garage. It left a layer of dust on everything. They did clean up some, but left a lot of dust on other things in the garage. They really should have cut the tile outside.
