Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Rebuilt our interior staircase and repaired wall damage in our home. The job was expected to take three weeks. All work done in two. Helped us to relocate for three days so the stain and finish could be applied. No sub-contractors all work was complete by Marmon builders. Great job. Will be first on our list for our next remodeling project!

over all, a good experience. Rich's son was a very hard, and busy worker. Both father and son were very friendly, and personable guy's, Shower turned out great. It is hard for me to rate someone,as I am a very impatient person. But I would recommend them to anyone.

The job was top-notch and they were sensitive to our needs as this is our only bathroom. The team consisted of Mr. Marmon and his son...Mr. Marmon came to the house and did his estimate; and was very accommodating to my husband's work schedule so we could go over all the things we wanted. He called us as soon as the shower arrived and set up the scheduled install and remodel...he and his son showed up the first day on time and worked the agreed upon schedule. The glass installers left a mess on my walk and boot marks in my shower; Mr. Marmon made them discount my bill for my trouble. I love it so much they are going to remodel my kitchen!!

The entire process was first class all the way. Rich provided clear suggestions about some of our ideas, and took care of all our support needs as well. Ryan did excellent work on the project. My wife and I both love the end results. Should we have other renovations that we want to do, that fit into the "Marmon Mold", we will certainly turn to them.

He is very easy to work with. He showed me why certain plans wouldn't work and made suggestions. He asked questions through out the job so I felt he really wanted me to be happy with the results. His work was done ahead of schedule. I have been very pleased.

Luv it! Luv it! We have a beautiful bathroom and bedrooms, now! Can't believe its the same house! Mr. Marmon's estimate was very thorough, easy to understand, every step was written out, so nothing would be forgotten. He recommended suppliers, who were all very nice, and he even took the time to go with us to pick out our supplies. Ryan, his carpenter, did a terrific job, he puts alot of pride into his work and shows alot of craftmanship, he also took time to answer our many questions. Ryan was also very trustworthy. MADE OUR CHRISTMAS! Thanks so much Mr. Marmon and Ryan! Jim and Karen Owens
