He was always in communications with me to keep me updated. He was flexible with my requests and was very happy to help. The crew was effecient and did a fantastic job.

I hired Marlin Construction for my asphalt shingles. John Josephs was extremely professional and pleasing to work with. I don't normally take the lowest price...based on "you usually get what you pay for", but he happened to be the lowest price. I rolled the dice and went with him and definitely do not regret my decision. His crew also was very professional and did a great job in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Marlin Construction.

John Josephs called me as soon as you referred him. He was prompt, friendly and professional. We met, he presented me with with solutions and a budget. I had two other roofers present me with budgets and solutions. I went with Marlin. They showed up when they said they would, they did the work well, they asked if everything was going according to plans, and they finished on time. Great work, excellent customer service. I wish they did more than roofs. I would hire them for all the improvements I have to do!

This company really did a good job. John Josephs did an excellent job taking care of all my roof needs. Not only from the very beginning on ideas on how to complete my project based on his experience, but also through its execution. He was always on top of things, making sure I was happy with the out coming and the project itself. I would definitively recommend this company to anybody looking for a roof/attic job. My patio looks so much different now, I installed this big hipped roof and I am thrilled about the results.

I am 72 years old and Marin Construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with. It was a very complicated project and Marin was very proficient and time efficient. I really impressed that John was on site at least 80% of the time if not more. These guys are a really great company!

John Josephs, owner of Marlin Construction, is a very good communicator and honest business man. John answered all my questions and concerns. He was on the job site and completed the work for a fair price. They completed the job on time and cleaned up very well. I'm 100% satisfied with Marlin Construction and would recommend them to a friend.

Marlin Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing my roof. John and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up extremely well and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this roofing company. The owner, John Josephs oversees the entire job and is very particular about the job being done correctly.
