Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
I had a very good experience hiring Mark for the job. He kept me informed of what, when & where. He listened to any concerns I had & addressed them. He also noticed that all of the vents had not been sealed and that the ducts were not efficiently placed. He sealed the vents & reoriented the ducts. I really appreciate his honesty & integrity. He did what he said & explained everything he was doing. I would recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for great service and a great price. Won't be even calling the big AC guys in town anymore! Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Our house in Austin has an unfinished room. I was looking for help to extend coverage to the room from an existing AC system. Was I lucky to find Mark! On their free estimate trip, Mark and his assistant were on time, spent quite a while examining the room and the setup, and came up with a simple plan that, when explained to me, made the most sense. Less than a week later, the team again arrived on time, got started on the job promptly and completed it in about 4 hours. When they found out that there was an area unsealed. They also spent the time and effort to seal it. The quality of work is top notch. All in all, I am beyond satisfied!

Mark's Air conditioning & Heat service was extremely prompt. He provide advise on work recommeded when asked. He provided a prompt estimate of the cost of work to be performed. When quote was approved, Mark's work was scheduled promptly. Arrived on time and completed his work in a very timely fashion. Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Mark takes pride in his work and that is something you don't see very much these days. I had three contractors give me a bid and Mark's bid came in lower and he did more to my existing system than anyone else proposed to do. The three year maintenance contract was just the icing on the cake.

Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Mark worked very hard (beyond the expected requirements) to complete our AC/heater installation in our historical home. Nothing was clear cut, but Mark found solutions and put in many hours to solve the problems. I had never heard of the Goodman product that he recommended, but the quality has been great (even after a record breaking hot summer) and the price was much better than other brands.
