Mark Wittenberg, R.A. helps people design their remodeling project for both residential and commercial building types. We also obtain the building permit approval from the local building departments. All projects fit the unique needs of the owner. What sets me apart from other architects is that I perform most of the work myself rather than hand off the drawing duties to a sometimes inexperienced draftsperson to complete. I always try and follow the same basic steps while engaged in the completion of a project. 1. Meet with the homeowners to review project. 2. Provide proposal and fee schedule. 3.
