Mark came on time, and did a terrific job on the original project.  But, when we first talked, I asked him if he would do other smaller things, as we couldn't at this time.  He agreed, but when he came---they never got done. <br /> <br />He said it's a long drive, when you have a very long list, call me again,  & I'll do them.  I'll call him to clarify exactly what and why?  But, I feel it was just a misunderstanding. <br /> <br />Bottom line, he did a great job on the original job, addded some extras, and the price did not change.
