Work was good and thorough, but communication was rough. Most (poss all) of the stages weren't done when we were told they would be. My emails regarding status updates were ignored. It was frustrating.

I was comfortable with Mark and he made me feel as if I was a FAMILY member with the way he cared about my project. His staff is always courteous when I call, and his fee was extremely reasonable (any "extras" were fully explained). Thank you for referring me to an excellent architect and making a tough job a lot easier!
