Mariusz and his cleaning service have been great! We hired him to clean our apartment every other week, and have found his rates very reasonable - definitely cheaper than Merry Maids. Mariusz was responsive from the very beginning (much more so than the other people listed on Service Magic) and we have no complaints at all. The cleaners show up on time and do a great job. This past week, we had to cancel last minute because of an unexpected flooding in our apartment, and, even though I offered to pay because of the last minute cancellation, Mariusz wouldn't accept - to me, that is definitely sign of a businessman that values his customer.

Mariusz and his staff are extremely professional and do a great job. They are flexible with scheduling. They bring their own supplies, which is great. If there's ever a problem, it is always addressed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I appreciate the level of professionalism, timeliness and quality they provide. They are reliable, trustworthy, efficient and do a nice job cleaning. At times x, y or z is forgotten, however, when brought to their attention they quickly take care of it.

Overall they did very good cleaning. However, I have 2 cats and told the owner so from the beginning. Quite a bit of cat hair was left on furniture and beds.

Mariusz responded to my online search within minutes, and was able to provide me with a good understanding of what his service would provide. His customer service is excellent, and so is his value. He took special care in training his assigned cleaning person specific to our apartment and needs. I would recommend Mariusz over MerryMaids for sure (MerryMaids was less personal in their customer service, less professional during the onsite interview, and more expensive).

They have been coming monthly for the past 6 months, overall I'm pleased with their performance. There have been times were they seem to miss part of a countertop or forget to clean under an item that is open for all to see. Can always get a hold of them to give them feedback.
