Mike and his team are absolutely fantastic! We are so pleased with their work. The quality is beyond any siding job I see- these guys are very detail oriented. They show up on time- these guys work incredibly hard to finish the job. And as an added benefit, they are very nice people. I have young children who were fascinated with the ladders and work and were constantly getting in the way. The guys were more than gracious and patient. We had a few snags with the job - such as getting the job shut down because of a missing building permit but my husband was able to work some magic to get the job stop lifted the next day. After the job was finished we noticed an ugly seam in the corner of the siding just above the deck. When my husband called to complain, he was told that they always do this (although it was not evident on the other corners). Since it is in full view from the deck and the stairs to the deck, I'm sure we will be asked alot who did the lousy job on the corner siding - plan to tell everyone exactly who did it and that they do this on all their jobs!

The corner was properly installed. First a 10' corner and second we install whatever length corner is necessary to cover the remainder space. Because this corner is located on a deck, it's just a matter of having the good sense to realize that you are standing on higher ground, so the seam is more noticeable than on the other corner. The job was been supervised by both owners, and this concern was never brought up. Only a couple of weeks after. The husband have decided to do electrical repairs by himself, and that is the reason why the job was shut down. The only "magic" he did was to hire and electrician.

I have just had a new roof installed by Marine Home and, so far, my impressions of this company have been very positive. The crew seems to be very professional and knowledgeable and I felt they really did a good, thorough and honest job -- a pleasant change from some other contractors who had worked on my house on other occasions. I was also very impressed at how the guys went about their job -- arrived very early in the morning, did not waste time, brought top-notch, well-maintained, safe equipment, cleaned up spotlessly. My bill was exactly as agreed, and Mike was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Marine Home Improvement was great. They did a fantastic job in replacing several rows of wood shingles on my house. They provided a reasonable quote, did the work in a timely fashion and left no mess. I would recommend them to anyone!
