They regrouted my kitchen backspash, which came out beautiful. Looks brand new. They regrouted my shower and did some tile repair work in the shower. It looks so much better. He was very accomodating and when he couldn't get it 100%, he gave me a break on the price. Very affordable.

Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Came when scheduled. After removing old tile a bit, determined that more of the tile needed to be removed and most of the tile could not be reused as planned. Installed new backing board (more than planned) and new tiles with only additional cost to me was the cost of the additonal tile. Total cost was still under the other tile man's estimate. I am quite satisfied with the result.

Project: Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain Tile, Stone, or Marble
They were not able to clean the shower at all...although they tried with bleach. They fixed the cracked grout area and caulked all around and reduced the price 100 because they couldn't get it clean, but I'm still perplexed that they were not able to clean the tile. The shower door repair was done in so so way and the shower still leaks. The guy who gave the estimate was not the man who came to do the work, he sent his nephew who I feel maybe didn't have as much experience. I feel like a still spent a lot for not much being accomplished..

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
John is a professional and he and his crew did an excellent job. It was a complete bathroom remodel and all the steps were handled in a timely manner. He and his team did demolition, tile work, plumbing, and electrical. When problems or changes arose, he was quick to provide solutions and he stayed with the project until I was satisfied.

Quick, knowledgable and reliable. They made several recommendations to improve upon what the original designer had designed and the tile looks great. They were clean and tidy and I would definitely use them again.
