It took a month to have the mirror replaced and two phone calls to their office to get updates on when the installation was going to occur because the dates I was originally given passed without notification there would be a delay

Customer service was great. Installers showed up on time and very professional. I had a 7x5 foot mirror in a frame hung in my bathroom and the 2 installers did a great job getting it up.

This was an immediate need to fill a window that hed been broken/lost before I bought my new house. The rep came out, looked at the window, did some measuring, and accepted my check for half of the cost. A week later, I received a call from the kind ladies in the office, telling me that my window was done, and would be installed the next day. The Installer came out, cleaned up the sill area, and slipped the window into position with ease. All reps were professional, kind, and gave me what I needed: a window in a hurry for my master bedroom. I'm happy with the decision to hire Marc's Glass, and will look to their company in the future.
