Marcos and his crew were very professional, prompt, accomodating, and detailed-oriented. The project took several days total, because of the scope of work--painting, exterior tiling, some repair work, and miscellaneous requests. Always left the property clean and delivered all services as promised. Would defintely recommend.

Marcos is a true professional. I hired him to paint my 2 bedroom and condo AND to re-model my kitchen. I could not have been more pleased with his service. Marcos was always early for appointments and he was always reachable on his cell phone. He completed the paint job and kitchen job in just 7 short working days -- and everything looks terrific. And compared to every other contractor I met with, Marcos was the best value BY FAR! I cannot say enough good things about Marcos Property Solutions.

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
