Claudia was very professional. However, you need to inspect her crew's work. I needed to have to reclean certain areas. Though Claudia broke one of the crystals on our crystal chandelier, she paid for it.

They are always on time and get me in the loop of when they will arriive at my house. They do a good job cleaning and are willing to do extra cleaning if you need them too.

They were very thorough and very professional in all aspects of their job, personally i feel they went above and beyond of what I expected. My house was a mess and after they left I just had to sit down and take it in. I was very Impressed at how efficient they worked together as a team. I would definitely call on them again if the situation arises (Hopefully I can keep it just as it is now that I am back home)

Marcella and her team are not only fast and efficient, but also extremely thorough. I can't remember the last time my house was so clean. Add to that the professionalism and positive disposition, and you've got the perfect match. I can't recommend Marcella highly enough.

Excellent team all around! We hired them for a by-monthly schedule. For now, we only had them once. They were very thorough and cleaned everything, including some areas I haven't thought about, even though we had a few areas we haven't cleaned for a long time, so I didn't expect them to clean up so well on the first pass. We hired them on a bi-weekly basis.
