There are missing spots where stone was not worked on. But you don't have much choice because they are probably the only one around doing the job

Schedule was postponed twice. Once during initial consultation and second during the actual work. Cleaned the tiles pretty good but repair was not performed on the grout. They did mask it but as soon as they left, mask just came off and cracks reappeared on the grout actually looking worse than before. I called them in next day to request if they can come again, they said they are too busy right now. Its already beem a month and a half and they are still too busy for the customers. Initially they looked very promising but quality of work is so so.

Did not clean out grout as promised. One hour late to start job. Only here for 45 minutes.

Well,impossible to make every customer happy. Contractors are not time wage worker and I charge her minimum charge for projects and did drive over 100 miles to completed the job for this customer. I called her being late about an hour for heavy traffic. We fix her grouts on shower the way suppose to be, and did extra work for undiscussed areas free of charge. She inspected herselof and gave us a check ane this job been performed more than a month ago. She never called or notified us for any complaints at all. Have to chew and swallow with smile. We are the service vendor.
