Bernie returned my call right away and came out to look at our project. he did overpromise a little, we had a lot of dried grout on a natural stone backsplash that he though he could get right off, but when the guys came out to do the work, they said they couldn't get it all off without taking several days and upwards of $1000. So, the two guys scrubbed the backsplash by hand for a few hours and they charged me less than the bid, which was nice. We'll have to finish it up ourselves now unless we want to pay a lot more to have them come out several more times. Overall a good experience.

Fist, they were honest. The could not fix an abrasion because the granite was dyed pure black, so any type of treatment would have made it worse. They did add some color, put on a coat of polish, and it does look better. They did NOT charge us even though they were here for 45 minutes.

Bernie was very willing to take a small project that was improtant to me. He restored it to the best it could be and I am very happy. Thanks!!! He repaired quickly and was willing to work around my rather erratic schedule.
