Very polite and knowlegeable, we asked what our options were... he told us.. we chose the one that he said should work (middle priced) it didn't .. when I called him back, he said he wasn't surprised and that he said the most expensive method is what we should use. (Not what he actually said in our discussions before committing) nothing more happened.. the tile grout is still stained from red wine.

They were prompt, did good work and were reasonably priced. My only complaint is they didn't hang any plastic sheeting to confine the dust. My whole house is covered with fine powder.
