Project: Install Stone Slab Countertops
Great until Vladamir is skirting the issue of a crack due to drilling a faucet hole. A crack is a crack. What I have is not a natural part of the marble. I don't like being taken advantage of. I did not pay for a cracked counter. I am wishing I had gone with Home Depots vender, because they stand behind there work.

We did work with our client to resolve this issue. We provided compensation for this issue and have come to an agreement that this issue has been reconciled. Hopefully soon our valued client will update this information to confirm this to be true.

Overall the work was good - but there different workers in the same company do not talk to each other. you need to over communicate and closely manage the project

Excellent Service Very easy to work with, clean take away of old counter top, good selection of rock. product was used on a $25million dollar home and they installed over 8 slabs in less then two weeks.

They were friendly and accommodating, even when I made chandes before they had cut the granite. They were also dependable and stuck with their projected time estimate. We are very pleased with our kitchen granite and the marble and granite in our bathrooms!

Very efficient sales person. Initial estimate was made electronically based on dimensions that I provided to the vendor. Sales person follow up was very professional. Price was competitive. Template making person arrived early and finished on time. There was some hope that installation would be moved up, but vendor didn't achieve the stretch goal. Installation was done within time period promised and looks great!

We had a minor email address glitch but once Jay and I identified the problem the info was sent over, explained in detail with a follow up conversation. The prices seem reasonable and Marble City is definitely at the Top of the list when it comes time to place the order.
