They were very professional in all their activities. Packing, moving, and unloading. Always on time and responsive to all customer requests. Top Rate

They were friendly during sales process then everything fell apart. Scoped move badly, trying to cut corners. Movers were super lazy and ended up taking an extra day which caused many logistical problems. Marathon was unapologetic and even tried to blame us. Then, when it was all said and done, truck arrived at destination ~4 days after the window they had guaranteed. Now they are being difficult in compensation process for expenses we incurred as a result of the botched move.

First, Marathon would like to apologize for not meeting this shipper’s move expectations. The shipper in his comments mentions the crew as being lazy. The crew’s loading time was slowed by several factors such as the long carry, and a 6th floor elevator building. Neither the shipper nor building management notified Marathon of a 5 pm move restriction prior to loading day. The shipment was unfortunately delayed and the customer has been paid for 5 days inconvenience, for a total of $625 as a good faith gesture. Again we would like to apologize for the delay in delivery and feel that the resolution provided was fair and equitable.

They were great in their work. They really care about how you feel, explain what they do and the cost. They do what they said on that day, no surprises, very professional.
