Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Marano was the first to respond and very courteous on the phone. The contractor they sent (Keith) was literally in and out before we knew it. The complex issue with my bathtub drain might've taken another plumber 2 hours, but Keith was in and out within a half hour to 40 mins. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he did, how the plumbing was constructed (it's an older building) and also took care to clean up. It looked like a messy job, but he got it done right and I haven't had any problems since. I'm an extremely happy customer and I think Marano is lucky to have Keith working for them. Thank you!

Prompt service. When there was an issue with the work several months later (outside faucet started to drip) they came back and corrected the problem at no additional charge.
