Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
IT IS A BUSY TIME AFTER THIS SURPRISING SNOW STORM AND THE WORK THEY DID HERE YESTERDAY WAS SIMPLY NOT UP TO WHAT I MUST HAVE. UNATTENDED SNOW BANKS WERE LEFT IN FRONT OF A DOOR TO THE HOUSE...THEY LEFT ONE OF THEIR SHOVELS IN FRONT OF THE OTHER DOOR..THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED..AND THEY WISHED TO CHARGE A LARGE SUM FOR REMOVING THREE HANDING TREE LIMBS.... THIS WAS NOT A HAPPY ASSOCIATION.

I was extremely pleased with Manuel Villa and Sons Construction. I had gotten a few quotes to pave my driveway and they were by far the best price. After reading many positive reviews about their quality of work, I decided to go with them. They were very accommodating with my schedule, called when they said they would, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Beautiful, quality job. I am very happy and would highly recommend them!!

Very impressive, professional work done on the driveway with asphalt and belgian block. It frames the house beautiful and adds to the curb appeal. Highly recommend.

I was initially impressed with Franklin's knowledge and professionalism and was glad to have a written estimate at our initial meeting. Unfortunately, the crew left our retaining wall scratched up and there is a brown line down the entire length of the driveway where the machine embedded dirt into the asphalt. Almost $3k later, it looks worse now than before.

We were not aware of this issue until after this comment was posted. We have talked to this customer and have made arrangements to correct this problem as we always aim for a 100 percent satisfaction for all of our customers.

Franklin and company were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked diligently to ensure that our driveway was completed in a timely manner but also took every precaution to make sure all the work was done correctly, with artistry and to code. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a job (small or large) use this company. Besides being skilled at his craft, Franklin always made us feel comfortable and in the know ever step of the way. There were times when he would swing by after his long day on a job just to answer our questions or give suggestions face to face. I will definitely use this company again
