Franklin and his crew were very pofessional. They arrived when they said they would. Left the work area clean everyday even when they were returning the next day. I would hire them again for any future work we may have.

Very profesional. Performed work in timely manner. Answered all questions before and during clearly, and outlined what would be done and then did it. Very easy to deal / communicate with, was courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done neatly and fully to what had been agreed upon. Quality of work was very good. Overall very pleased.

Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
IT IS A BUSY TIME AFTER THIS SURPRISING SNOW STORM AND THE WORK THEY DID HERE YESTERDAY WAS SIMPLY NOT UP TO WHAT I MUST HAVE. UNATTENDED SNOW BANKS WERE LEFT IN FRONT OF A DOOR TO THE HOUSE...THEY LEFT ONE OF THEIR SHOVELS IN FRONT OF THE OTHER DOOR..THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED..AND THEY WISHED TO CHARGE A LARGE SUM FOR REMOVING THREE HANDING TREE LIMBS.... THIS WAS NOT A HAPPY ASSOCIATION.

I was extremely pleased with Manuel Villa and Sons Construction. I had gotten a few quotes to pave my driveway and they were by far the best price. After reading many positive reviews about their quality of work, I decided to go with them. They were very accommodating with my schedule, called when they said they would, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Beautiful, quality job. I am very happy and would highly recommend them!!

Very impressive, professional work done on the driveway with asphalt and belgian block. It frames the house beautiful and adds to the curb appeal. Highly recommend.
