I haven't yet seen the finished piece. I was very pleased with how quickly my communication was replied to by Phil Mann and am looking forward to hearing from him so I can pick up the repaired item. It is now three weeks later and I have picked up the pieces of the bed and reassembled them. Phil did a fine job.

Fast response to initial service request. Was able to very easily work out a convenient time for the service call within only a few days after selection for the project. Was prompt for the scheduled service call, friendly and easy to work with. Completed repair in under half an hour. Would definitely work with this professional again.

I've had them complete two separate jobs for me, and I would definately recommend Mann's service. One job was repair to a split side-rail to a bed. The other was an unusual job... We took the arm of an upholstered couch apart in order to get it into the basement. They did a great job putting it back together for us!!

He replaced the caning in some antique chairs with solid, padded seats. He designed the seats so they are easy to remove to change the covering. Good job!
