If it were not for weather the concrete project would have been finished sooner, but Hene kept in contact with us during the whole project keeping us informed as to when they could work due to weather, Over all exceptional workmanship.

The quality of the work done appears to be excellent. The work was done as per the initial bid and was completed satisfactorily. Our only concern was that the job took parts of three days rather than the two initially promised. Apparently, our small job was being fit in around other bigger jobs. This was somewhat frustrating at the time, but in retrospect was relatively minor.

Hene at Mani Construction did a real nice job for us. He was very speedy, gave us a bid on Friday night, started work the next Tuesday evening (Monday was a holiday) and was done on Thursday. Nice communication, great clean up, very satisfied and pleased.

Communication was poor. We were scheduled to pour on the 23rd of the month. An older gentleman showed up with a shovel and wheelbarrow that morning. Worked for a couple of hours then disappeared. When I called later that night to see what had happened he said they would pour on the 24th. So, I took another day off of work. Well, same thing. This same guy showed up and disappeared after only a couple of hours. Called again to see what had happened, told me they would pour on the 25th. So I took yet a third day off of work. They did get it done. it did turn out nice. Quality of work was satisfactory but communication was less than desirable.

They provided the lowest bid I recieved and they were able to start the job very soon after I accepted the bid. They were nice and did a great job on the concrete. They also did a very good job of clean up.

First of all Mr. Mani was over a hour late for appointment. When I talked to Mr Mani I told him I would not need the cement work done but I did have a shed that needed to be moved about 50 feet , would he be interested and he said yes, so I made an appointment to come to see what was needed after a little conversation I found out he had never moved this type of shed and between the two of us it was deceided to get someone else.
