The people at Manhattan Carpet were friendly, however, I have called several times for an invoice and its now 3 weeks later and no invoice has been sent. The installer was very nice but did not complete the job and flooring is coming up and after repeated calls to both Manhattan Carpet and the installer, I am giving up and will have to pay someone else to fix the work. I am disappointed but the work that was completed looks fine. I thought I would get better service from this well established company.

The carpet installers showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They installed the padding and runner on my stairs in record time and did an excellent job!

My whole experience purchasing wall to wall carpeting for my bedroom from Manhattan Carpet & Flooring was wonderful. Working with Dave Stanger was a delight. He is very knowledgeable and informative about the different carpeting options available and made the whole process of choosing one enjoyable and easy. I am thrilled with my wall to wall carpeting and the installation. I highly recommend using Manhattan Carpet & Flooring and wouldn't hesistate to use them again.
