The overall work turned out acceptable but they needed much closer supervision than they should have. I am fortunate that they didn't have a house full of furniture to move around as they were not very careful around my freshly painted walls and trim. Also left grout slung on trim and doors while tiling bathrooms.

The response to my request for service was fast, the sales rep. contacted me and came out to look at the job, the job was done and the floors look great, however they used the kitchen to cut the material for the flooring and left the entire kitchen covered in dust. after the job was completed they charged my  credit card, or should i say over charged my card, i tried for over 3 weeks to get a refund, the rep would not answer my calls, and when i spoke to Mr Jackson the manager he was very rude and obnoxious. i am awaiting my refund in the mail and i will never use them again or reccomend them to anyone.
