Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
One salesman came out gave an estimate,said he would come back w/ one of the owners to go over the estimate and make sure we were all on the same page. The owner never came out w/ the salesman. We went over the work order w/ the salesman and their sales catalog, showed us what we were going to have installed, wrote up the work order but without specifics. The crew came out and spoke to my husband. Started the work, installed a cheaper version of a sump pit, no back up alarm on the pump pit as promised by the salesman. I called 3 times & left messages before a call was returned.It has been 3 weeks and i'm still waiting for a followup visit.

Project: Foundation or Basement - Waterproofing
Waterproofed a crawl space, by adding the liner on the ground and up the walls. Very pleased with the work.
