Project: Repair Window Frames
It has been a couple of weeks from the time my window was repaired and I'm waiting for a heavy rain to know if the repair fixed the problem we've been having for a couple years (maybe 8 years). John was very accurate and confident with his diagnosis compared to other handy man we've hired ( a waste of money for those handy man). John figured it out and when he was repairing it, there it is, a correct diagnosis and he repaired it quickly and professionally. I just saved possibly $600.00 or more with John figuring it out and not buying a new window which all those handy men would recommend. I'll keep you guys updated.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I had to fire a handyman who kept making excuses for 2 and a half months. I needed to hire a new contractor and I had a deadline for the project. This company came out the next day: everything he said, he followed up on...he even met me at 6:00 before I left for work. It was nice to have someone do what they say, and say what they do. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is contemplating a bathroom remodeling project.

Project: Hire a Handyman
John changed the door knobs on my doors & added a new deadbolt. The knobs & deadbolts I bought from HomeDepot had issues, so John had to come back to my house 3 separate times. What could have been a quick job turned out to be alot of back-and-forth, spanning 2 days. I didn't ask John to come back, he offered. The 2nd time he came back he still could not finish the job, because 1 of the locks were defective. However, he offered to come back for a 3rd time! With all this, his quote did not increase. John went above & beyond to complete the job. It's rare to find consciensious & caring service like this. I HIGHLY recommend M & M Restoration!!
