The technician that came out was fabulous. He did a fabulous job and just took an hour. However, there was a misunderstanding when scheduling and we needed to wait another day to have a technician out. It wouldn't have made much of a difference, but the day they didn't come is when it rained really hard and I had no window so it was really cold and got wet inside.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON WHEN I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING ANYONE TO EVEN RETURN MY CALL. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO A TEMPROARY FIX UNTIL THE CORRECT WINDOW WAS ORDERED.

They were prompt, courteous and did a good job... but in my opinion, it was very expensive for the brief amount of time it took and the minimal parts involved. In all fairness, this is without having comparison shopped, so it could be the going rate. I'd have given them more stars if not for the high price.
