Called M&M this am for a broken refrigerator and got an appointment scheduled for the same day. The service gentleman gave me a time window and called an hour before to give me an exact time. He was 5 minutes early. How often does that happen??? He provided fantastic service and I was up and running within an hour. As a single mother, I felt M&M was informative and trustworthy and would totally use them again. Highly Recommend!!!!

They called on the way and showed up on time within 3 minutes of schedule. A followup was needed and the arrival was exactly as before. I got an honest appraisel of work to be done and was able to make the right decision to bring about the best outcome of my appliance outage. I compared this experience to co-workers that had similar appliance problems that ended with nothing but followup problems with other service companies. M&M is the only one I will call. Many years can be spent hunting for the best and I found this one on the first try.
