Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
It is always stressful choosing a contractor. With all the horror stories of jobs gone bad, how do you make a decision and feel comfortable with it? I had received 4 quotes for my job by the time I met with Robert. He was professional, explained to me exactly how they would build my deck from the footers to the roof. I was completely at ease knowing what I was going to get in the end. Most other bids were just a dollar amount. The crew was great. The work was exceptional. If I had to do it again, I would hire them again, and I would not change one detail. I will definitely call them for any exterior work I might need. :)

We are absolutely thrilled with how our deck and screened porch turned out. Dreamview exteriors uses the best materials and they have the best installers. They deliver a top product and we can now enjoy the outside of our house as much as the inside. The siding and roof shingles were a perfect match and the structure looks perfect. It is solid from top to bottom. I would highly recommend dreamview/ m&v builders if you want the best.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Polite and courteous service. Fully explained what was being done and what materials were being used and why. The crew came out at 7am, ripped the old roof off, and had the new roof finished by 2pm. The clean-up was outstanding, everything was as if they were not even here. All the silver flashing we had was eliminated and the pipes and chiminey flashing was painted brown, so it matchs the house. Great company to work with and would recommend to anyone.
