Unreliable, just didn't show up, but didn't call. Rude and defensive when tried to talk to her about it.

This was the best house cleaning I've EVER had, bar none. My house was in bad shape, but they did cleaning like I had never seen anyone do over my 20 years of using a service.

Could have been a little better few walls were not wiped, still had some dust in corners, and the floors had foot prints

If there was foots prints on the floors it was her.we did wiped all her walls. and we did try and get all the corners clean.
