Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
They have done 2 housecalls. They had to come a second time because they brought the incorrect part. They nver inquired about the namebrand of the unit before the first call. After the second call and the installation of the part, the hot water heater still did not work. We have since called another plumber who clearly knows the unit, asks questions and does not make unnecessary calls.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Had a water heater replaced. Everything went smoothly, the installers were courteous and professional. However, the installation did not meet city code requirements, and did not pass inspection. They had to come back (at additional cost to me) to complete the job. Costs exceeded original quote. Communication was a bit slow. Used quality parts and did a good job, despite problems, would use again.

I called this contractor to replace my garbage disposal. They were very professional, friendly fast and efficient. The completed the job and the new garbage disposal works like a charm. They are a little pricey but I would recommend.
