When they came out for the estimate they brought an interior designer who made suggestions about color scheme, textures, etc. When the installer came out, he not only took down my old mini-blinds but also carted them away at no extra charge. The installation was supposed to take 1.5 hours, but only took 40 minutes. I will most definitely use these folks again for future window coverings.
