The team arrived on-time, was polite, and the work was done efficiently and within timely fashion. They were also very good at telling me what improvements I might need. A follow-up was needed from their work to install a roof protection for the chimney. I made an appointment, but they never showed up. After calling their customer service to find out what happened, I was told that I would receive a phone call back. I am still waiting (two weeks later).

They came by to give me an estimate for fixing the crown on my chimney and ended up doing the job that day. Gave me a great price and a 15 year warranty. Would recommend them.

Contractor required about 50% of estimate up front. Teased me with Saturday repair. Then turned off cell phone and did not return my calls about the repair date/time for two days. Thought I'd lost my deposit for sure. Finally finished repair, but had I not been present a certain disaster would have been the result. Not impressed.

Very good people working the project. I have no way of knowing the value for money. They replaces 2 flue sections, added screens and a cover and other related tasks and cleaned the chimney for about $1,000.

The work looks fine, but the clean-up in my basement was not good. Scheduling was an issue. Rain days aside, there seemed to be an excuse for not showing up on other days. Finally, when the project was completed and paid in full, they were inspecting the job and accidentally broke a custom made window well cover, which they still have not come back to repair. It's too bad, because I really liked the work and the workers.

The window cover was replaced as it was before. We also helped the customer to fix the pilot in the fireplace, we don't serve gas lines and this cost to Majesty Homes $150.00 and we didn't charged the customer for this service. The last time we were there to inspect the job and finish the cleaning noboday was home and the door was looked.
