Braun was very easy to work with and very patient. Braun and his helper were very professional, did excellent workmanship and completed the job on time. I am so impressed with the work that I will be hiring them for more work at the house. I have also referred him to others.

Friendly, prompt, Accommodated my schedule well. But tried to take a horrendous shortcut (instead of a curved piece at one end, he manufactured one with acute angles). Seams were not sanded smooth properly, so there is a step/ledge at joints. Not the greatest match from the stain. Built solidly at least!

customer was given choice of fittings or mitered pieces and was to cheap to pay for fitting,thus i had to make the turn with miters, which I told him I would have to do before I started the job. Then after he didn't like it, I ended up buying the part and replacing it out of my own pocket anyways. Also, I have nothing to do with finishing the stair, so am not responsible for finish stain and swelling in joints due to acclimation after I had finish sanded everything.

He was very good at doing his job. He came one day to give us an estimate, went and bought the material the next day, and installed everything the following day. Very good and quick!!

Braun did a wonderful job constructing the stairs and railing for my home as part of a 2nd story addition project. He fixed up the stair framing, steps, and risers to make the steps stronger and correctly sized. He installed maple railings with paint grade balusters and baseboards. The stairs/railings looks great and is very sturdy. His price was very reasonable and he was very good at staying in touch until the project was completed. I would highly recommend Braun.
