Majestic Services did an excellent job on the drapes however, after the carpet dried there were more spots than when I started out with. The plan is to call and have them to come back out. However, they were very professional and arrived on time.

Mac contacted me back very quickly and was able to help me out on a tight turnaround. He did a great job and was a very nice guy. He definitely knew what he was talking about and gave some helpful advice as to maintaining clean carpets. He is a little pricey compared to the carpet cleaners that I normally use but he did do a good job. I would refer him to my friends and family.

Timely and excellent service. Crew was very through and did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves. Very courteous. Would use again for this and other potential services. Completed the job on schedule and within budget.

Mac was excellent. We had a problem with our stairs not drying, he returned and retreated the area and provided a fan to help dry faster. He even retreated a tough spot in our nursery...all at no additional charge. We will definitely use him again in the future. He was very professional and friendly.
