The painters were experienced, professional, courteous, and tried very hard to please. The results were outstanding. I definitely would recommend them to others. They were also very neat.

The serviceman was thorough. I could tell he took pride in his work. I watched most of it for my own curiosity and he explained things as he went. I would gladly use him again.

The contracter left me with a number of issues that should have been done better. Trying to complete quickly, there was no sanding done in a few big places before texturing and I now have a few spots that look worst then they started. Why did I not ask them to re-do, the job took them 3 days and I lost time from work that I did not need to lose becuse they showed up 2 hours later each day. I could not have them there longer, I just could not do it.

IN RESPONCE TO OUR DISSATIFIED CLIENT WE REGRET THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.MR VICTOR HAD A LARGE SECTION IN HIS CEILING APPOX 121SQFT AND 3 STRESS CRACKS 1 IN WHICTH WE HAD TO BUILD SCAFFOLDLING TO REACH THE 20FT CEILING WE ALSO INSTALLED 2AND A HALF 4X8 PC OF SHEETROCK TO HIS ALREADY UNEVEN EXISTING CEILING WE PREP TAPE AND FLOAT AND SAND THE AREA BEFORE APPLYING THE POPCRORN TEXTURE WE HAD TO WORK AROUND HIS WIVES SHCEDULE SHE HAS A HOME BASE BUSINESS WHICH WAS SET UP IN THE AREA WE HAD TO WORK IN AND MR VICTOR DID NOT LOOSE WORK ON OUR BEHALF WE GO OVER AND BEYOND FOR OUR CLIENTS W/A 12MO WARREN

Right after painting our front and back door, we were hit by tornado-producing storms. Rather than complain, they guys simply came back the next day and touched up their past. were. They were a pleasure to deal with, they took pride in their work and didn't finish until I was satisfied. Without question i would use them again.
