Awning measurement taken 8/8, WE expressed concern re: pitch of awning over front door due to size.."not a problem"..when the awnings arrived, we ordered 2, 1 for front door & 1 for side door--the front door could not open due to pitch of awning. LOVED the fabric & installers were very nice But TO DATE we are still having a problem. Majestic took the awning we were replacing and TRIED to duplicate it, now we have awning with NO PITCH, pretty much flat. Worried that it'll hold water, snow & ice, not good. Majestic did suggest we hold final pmt to see. Unfort, side awng not up and no one has been in touch, which is the way it's gone thru out

The contractor did a very good job replacing my awning. There was a dark spot on the valance which they took care of immediately. We are pleased with the end result and would use them again in the future.
