POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dissatisfied with work, which showed very little improvement to my grout cleaning. Technician tore the paint off of my baseboards and told my husband it was like that before he started the job. When I complained I was told that I was quoted the job at half the price - guess that means I get half the quality of work! I was also told that he didn't care about my satisfaction with the work that was done, only to the damage that they caused to my home but was not apologetic or willing to correct the situation DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Mainstreet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our tile and grout. We had some areas that were almost black and they were able to remove all of the stains and dirt. Our floors look like new again!

Corey was great from the first time we spoke on the phone to the in-home estimate. I was confident that they would do a great job. He explained the different processes that we could choose and was very knowledgeable. His tech came out to do the cleaning and appeared to do a satisfactory job. He, however did not give the same impression as Corey did. He did not seem to understand what he came to do and gave the appearance of wanting to do the minimum amount of work. In the end it looked great, but I was definitely more impressed with Corey.

They called the same day as I requested a price. They went out 1 day later and gave the cheapest price of 3. The customer must be happy because i have not heard from them. All is good.

WOW. Professional and extremely good at what they do. Goes above and beyond with cleaning- my carpets have never been so clean and I was impressed that he actually moved some very heavy furniture to clean under them. Spent hours at my home (I had tiles cleaned as well). Didn't stop until it was perfect. Superior service, very knowledgeable about the cleaning process (I had been using a sub standard service in the past- in and out in 25 minutes, and carpet still showed signs of dirt , they said it was the best they could do). I know better now. Highly recommend this company.
