Excellent, prompt service. They came during a terrible snow storm even when I suggested that they wait for another day due to the weather. The problem was fixed and the charge was very reasonable. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

He called immediately, was willing to come whenever we were available and came back immediately the next day after the garbage disposal connection was dripping after installation. His customer service and responsiveness were excellent and he stood behind his work. As noted, after installation, there was a tiny leak from one of the pipes connecting the disposal. I called him the next morning and left a message about the problem. He called me back literally within 5 minutes and came back to fix it that evening when I could be home. He was easy to work with and responsive and worked with my schedule instead of giving me set hours.
