They were very assertive in their approach but respectful. The man who actually did the work knew his job and did it well and quickly. He too was very pleasent.

Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
There was confusion about when the repair would be completed. The technician did return to complete the repair, but only after I had called. I felt the final bill ($238) was higher than it should have been. This was confirmed when my oil supplier quoted ($99) for the same repair.

John the service tech was a very knowledgeable and personable guy.I would not hesitate to use Main Line again.

Project: Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan
I needed a switch. For a 15.00 switch, it cost me 230.00 and it's a two way switch now when it was a 3 way switch before. He charged me 59.00 for a service call and then still charged me an hourly rate. I would have been embarrassed to charge this amount for what he did. On top of that I had to drill a hole in the wall plate because he was ill prepared. I should have charged him 100.00 for my service and labor. I was not a happy camper.

Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
They showed up 2 hrs late the first two days of what turned out to be a five day job. There was a lot of work involved and they two electricians worked hard. Some confusion on what all needed to be done, but Al straightened that out. Not as tidy as I would have liked at the end of the job, but I feel safer with my wiring upgraded. Al offered to have the guys return to button things up, but I did that myself. Overall they did a good job at a reasonable rate.

Main LIne Electric did come to my house when they said they would and solved the problem that I had. They also corrected some things I did not know about before they got there. I would recommend them to anyone who needed electrical work done.
