Maid to Perfection was amazing! They were extremely thorough and very respectful of our home and belongings. We will definitely be using them regularly and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst service i have ever had. They came to the house for an estimate and everything i told them they completely forgot when it came time to sit and figure out a price. We finally worked out a descent (not great) price after an hour. Then it came time to clean....They called me that morning and said they will be here between 11 & 12. They finally arrived at 3....I was not home but when i got home at 6pm only 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom had been cleaned(and it was a poorly done). The lady did not speak English. They wanted to come back on Saturday to finish and when i expressed that does not work for me they told me it will be ok.

They left my house completely open (garage door open) and unsecured for EIGHT HOURS after finishing their cleaning this morning. I will never recommend them and will not use them again. I am horrified that my home was left open all day and they won't even admit their mistake.

They were very good, time efficient, and polite. I would have preferred that they had vacuum cleaners with hepafilters for cleaning walls and ceilings instead of mop like instruments, but other than that, we were very pleased.

Rosa was very kind and did a great job cleaning everything! She missed a few spots, but nothing major and this was a first time clean so it wasn't a problem. I did have to reschedule 2 times, but it was worth it. I will continue to use this service.

Did a good job, with still a lot of room for improvement. 1.) The rates discussed on the phone was were not the same as what was billed....the rates were adjusted later on after a discussion. 2.) There was some amount of re-work in cleaning the house....we had to call them again. 3.) The carpet cleaning was good, but the carpets were wet for one and a half days atleast after the cleaning was done. (my personal carpet shampooer dries the carpet in 2 hours at the most. I expect the professional's to be better if not equal)

I needed someone the very Saturday after I searched service magic. Although they don't usually work on Saturdays, Maid to Perfection was able to accommodate my request. Rosa was fast and efficient, and the place looked so clean once she was done. The hourly rate was slightly more than I had paid for other maids but they got so much done in the 3 hours that it was worth the extra few clams. Great Job!

Maid to perfection maid service was awful. The cleaning was adequate at best, I cancelled the service. Absolutely unprofessional!
