	Rating: Project: Maid Service -Called 1/2 hour before my originally scehduled time saying she needed to reschedule for later that afternoon-10 minutes late arriving for later appt-Forgot to clean the downstairs bathroom, the… Read Complete Rating -Called 1/2 hour before my originally scehduled time saying she needed to reschedule for later that afternoon-10 minutes late arriving for later appt-Forgot to clean the downstairs bathroom, the mop they used smelled of mildew,therefore the downstairs smelled of mildew-Broke a picture frame in the office & 2 light bulbs in the guest bathroom-Glass left on the bathroom floor which I discovered by stepping on it with my bare feet-None of this was told to us by Cluadia-Decided to give a 2nd chance/discuss items she arrived for 2nd appt-2nd appt she was 1/2 hr late with no call to alert me she was en route. I will not use again. Rating: Project: Maid Service The first month of service was great. Then after the first month the price increased, the quality went down, they would show up late and spend less time on my home.
