They did a wonderful job.  However, when I set up the appointment on the phone it was indicated that for the 1st week of bi-weekly cleaning it was charged by the hour so that they could get things up to their standards.  I completely understand that and it is reasonable that the 1st time may take longer.  However, it was estimated that the 1st cleaning would take 1-2 hours at an hourly rate.  It ended up taking them over 3 and a 1/2 hours.  I much prefer a good job to a quick job; however I just wish that the initial estimation of time would have been more accurate.  Since it ended up costing me more than 3 times what I had expected.  That being said though the 2 women  that were here did a wonderful job, were very professional, and friendly.

I contracted 2 maids to do a move out clean job.  Overall, the house looked really good.  However, some of the fans weren't dusted, there was still cat hair on the floor, and some of the light fixtures were still covered in dust.
