First visits were ok, but then they started arriving at the wrong times (early and late). Then this last time didn't show up at all -without even a phone call. Tried several attempts to call the manager, with no response back after leaving several upset VMs. I liked the ladies that came. They did a decent job, but they are just not doing well on timeliness and management/owner response when there are issues. Now looking for a new service.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
If you only want a surface cleaning, this might be the service for you. Floors were vacuumed, furniture was dusted, and bathrooms had minimal cleaning. I had specifically discussed grout in the master bath shower that needed to be cleaned, as well as wanting kitchen cabinets and baseboards to be wiped down. These areas were not cleaned.

First clean was awesome, since then i've been only somewhat happy with the results -- they miss stuff and kind of do a superficial job. Price is right and they show up on time (or early). They'll do additional services if you ask.

They did a fantastic job on the base boards and that's about it. The TV glass was let undust, the bathroom cupboard doors were still durty with toothpase on it, soap scum and pieces of dried up soap were still in the soap dish, and the sleigh bed was still dusty.
