Expected 2 maids to come for a one-time cleaning of a 1300 sq ft condo - especially after detailing the needs on the phone. Instead, got 1, and had to call for the 2nd. Maids were very friendly, and relatively thorough. Could have done a better job moving couches and cleaning base boards, however. May bring them back when 2nd cleaning is needed.

They did a very basic job. The only reason I gave them any stars is because of their ability to come quickly. Their quotes are inaccurate and will charge you more at the end of the session. Most of all they don't clean windows.

The quote becomes inaccurate only if the customer adding more things to clean after our providers are already on site, which exactly what happened in this case. In addition to agreed cleaning he asked them to remove & clean windows screens and wash the windows. We don’t clean windows as it requires special license and we don’t remove the screen as it requires screw drivers. The owner failed to mention window cleaning during the estimate call and then complained that we don't do windows and we require more time. We provide a very accurate phone estimate but we do need accurate information from the customer.

I came home to a spotless home that smelled so fresh & clean. Vilma had completed every single task on her 49 point checklist & completed it with the highest quality of service. I have contracted MaidPro to come & clean every other Friday. What I really liked the most was that she came early. That's very important that I have whoever is cleaning there early that way they'll be finished before my family begins getting home in the afternoon.
