They did a good job, but definitely on the expensive side. Not sure I am going to continue.

We are very pleased with Maid Brigade and have continued using them since March 2010. Our cleaners understand my requirements and do an excellent job. Since we have requested the same team each time our cleaners, Diana and Citlali are very consistent.

They do a wonderful job on a regular basis.

I had to cut my appointment short because of a sick daughter, but they were understanding and did the tasks I asked in the time alloted. They did a fantastic job on my shower (hard water icky). They seemed to take a little longer than most maids I've used, but they were very friendly and helpful and did a very good job. I would use them again when I need a really good scrubbing for the hosue. A little too expensive for montly use, which is the only reason I didn't give them a 5.

Both employees were hard workers, they were on time, and were clearly experienced at what they were doing. We definitely plan to continue.

They did a great job!

had issues things not done, but they did send out the crew to fix. It still wasn't completely fixed, but I wasn't there to work with them the second time.

We understood that there were 3 items that the customer had concerns with after the first cleaning. One of these items were ceiling lights that the maids could not dust because they required our team to climb a ladder that would have voided our insurance liability coverage in the home, as we explained to the customer prior to the cleaning. We sent the team out immediately to correct the items missed, including the ceiling lights which we reached using a ladder and 3 extension dusters fashioned together. We are not sure what items were not done, as we completed everything the customer told us from the first visit.

Customer where very happy with the service they received and I am happy with how timely I was able to get scheduled. The price was a little steep but well worth it to keep a satisfied customer satisfied. CH
