Project: Clean Up Job-site after Construction

Mr. Mahoney was very accomodative to our needs, with a critical date to be met for home to be cleaned top to bottom for new tenants moving in, while we also ha to deal with record snowfalls. Paul and his crew of 2 arrived at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job and were finished by mid-afternoon. The house was spotless top to bottom including kitchen cabinets inside and out, bathroom, carpet shampooing; even the mostly unfinished basement was clean and useable. We felt Mahoney's Services were excellent and a very good value as well.

Nice gentlemen but specifically inquired that he did not leave water in my carpets as I had previously hired someone that did that, lost padding, throw out carpet eventually for smell and discolored wood flooring. He assured me he doesn't do that, while he was cleaning my upstairs hallway I was in my kitchen cooking, heard water running looked up and water was pouring out of my ceiling fan light fixtures, he left massive amounts of water in my area living room rug and left a second try removal of spot area that I feel with proper chemical and cleaning would have come out. Never ever again or would I recommend him.
